As a sole designer, I was tasked to complete a website audit for saltathletic.com I analyzed current customer analytic data and user research to create and propose design decisions for an e-commerce website. These recommendations directed the website’s redesign.
I assessed the usability of the current site, recommended changes, created testing plans and presented my findings, design concepts and next steps to stakeholders.

I prioritized improving mobile web usability and impactful changes to the current customer journey that can be implemented quickly; without requiring drastic design changes. I designed iterations and provided reccomendations for 3 integral pages to the customer journey: The home page, product page and contact page.
